HOLI IS THE spring festival also known as the festival of colors and the festival of love. It is an ancient Hindu religious festival, which has become popular with non-Hindus in many parts of South Asia, and around the world.

Indians usually celebrate the festival by throwing dry colors and water at each other. It’s usually celebrated with families and friends coming together to observe the onset of spring.

The festival has, in recent times, spread in parts of Europe and North America as a spring celebration of love, frolic and colors.

This year DISA will be celebrating Holi on A-quad on Friday, 25th April from 4:30-6:30pm along with UPC’s Aestavalia. Please come and celebrate the coming of Spring with DISA and UPC!
